Mr. SIEGELWITZ (a.k.a. STANLY STEELE), having been at and/or near the top of the adult film industry for some 25 years, enjoys his work very much. To that end, all backstage staff should be advised, despite any appearances, that aforementioned show is work and that Mr. SIEGELWITZ is a highly skilled, well endowed, well paid performer, not subject to their demands of/on him, and will not perform his act, nor any portions thereof, backstage or elsewhere.

Upon arrival, PURCHASER agrees to provide one PERSONAL AIDE, male, fit, and between 23 and 25 years of age. All information and/or requests of Mr. SIEGELWITZ’s person shall be conducted through said liason, who will relay said information to a deputy of Mr. SIEGELWITZ’s choosing.

PURCHASER agrees to provide one five (5) star quality undressing room fully equipped with the following:

For obvious reasons, Mr. SIEGELWITZ requires the temperature in said undressing room be set notably higher than standard room temperature, to 94 degrees Fahrenheit precisely. In warm climates, air conditioning shall be provided by PURCHASER to cool room to aforementioned temperature. Please contact manager when performing outside of U.S. for centigrade measurements.

2 (two) King Sized mattresses, placed side by side in center of room and covered with two (2) coats SARAN INDUSTRIAL PLASTIC WRAP.

2 (two) 4’ by 8’ folding tables, flanking mattresses on each side. TABLES ARE TO BE PLACED DIRECTLY ON FLOOR SURFACE with legs FOLDED.
3 (three) 16 oz. Bottles WINDEX brand all-surface cleaner with assorted mops, towels, and sponges.
Clean and hygenic toilet and shower facilities to fit 7 (seven) people comfortably
18 feet sturdy cotton rope
12 (twelve) family sized bottles of ASTRO GLIDE brand lubricant
16 (sixteen) washable yoga mats
3 (three) genuine silk bathrobes, preferably those from TARGET stores, Intl.
2 (two) dozen new, white terry cloth towels, laundered once.

9 (nine) 10 oz. Bottles “Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup”

2 (two) 3 oz containers cayenne pepper, preferably SOUTHWEST SPICES brand.

NO HOT BEVERAGES ARE TO ENTER MR. SIEGELWITZ’S PRIVATE UNDRESSING ROOM. ALL FOODS SHALL BE COOLED TO 120 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT, AND ANY COLD BEVERAGES WARMED TO UNDRESSING ROOM TEMPERATURE.

Transportation to and from undressing area to be provided by one (1) standard golf cart. Seats shall be covered by two (2) layers velour fabric, to be supplied by PURCHASER. PERSONAL AIDE should be well versed in vehicle operation and maintenance. In keeping with federal decency laws as well as ordinances in 32 U.S. States and Canadian provinces, PURCHASER must provide enough pipe and draping to fully cover path from undressing room to stage from public view.

Obviously, Mr SIEGELWITZ's interactions with crew and backstage personell are to be limited and, whenever possible, nonexistent.

Mr SIEGELWITZ is a highly paid professional. Therefore, he will NOT sign any autographs, pose for any pictures, break anything, wafer thin or otherwise, with any part of his anatomy, or engage in any form of sexual activity with any man, woman, child, beast or otherwise EXCEPT as pertaining to the specific negotiated terms of aforementioned contract. Each and any instance(s) of coercion to these effects will result in a fine of $1,000 (one-thousand dollars) or foreign equivalent, to be paid to Mr. Siegelwitz’s management.

Owing to the highly specialized nature of Mr. SIEGELWITZ’s act, the PURCHASER hereby agrees to ensure all backstage personnel are of legal age and constitute “consenting adults.” In addition, PURCHASER agrees to accept liability for any harassment suits or otherwise which may or may not be brought against Mr SIEGELWITZ’s person or entourage within two (2) weeks of departure.

Mr. SIEGELWITZ reserves the right to dismiss any CREWMEMBER hired by PURCHASER for any reason, aesthetic or otherwise, without compensation to PURCHASER. PURCHASER agrees to replace any dismissed CREWMEMBER to Mr. SIEGELWITZ’s specifications.

PURCHASER agrees to provide a stage to match Mr SIEGELWITZ's specifications.

1 (one) extra wide, king sized bed tilted to an angle of 35 degrees.
2 (two) 120 inch LCD monitors, to be positioned 25’ above stage floor, stage right and left.
6 (six) pair SWAT quality handcuffs (with keys)
3 (three) cases “Cool Whip Lite” brand whipped topping
25 (twenty-five) lbs irradiated ground hamburger meat, 80% lean.
2 (two) four inch metal hooks, suspended 9.5 (nine-and-a-half) feet above stage and capable of supporting 320 (three-hundred twenty) lbs each.
1 (one) leather whip, six (six) feet in length.
2 (two) industrial sized crates neon yellow ping pong balls (144 ct.)
2 (two) family sized boxes “Q-TIPS’ brand cotton swabs (X-LONG)
90 (ninety) yards sturdy black plastic (8 ft width, 2 mm thickness)

As with Mr. SIEGELWITZ’s undressing room, the stage shall have a constant temperature of 94 degrees Fahrenheit. PURCHASER agrees to inform audience of venue temperature prior to performance, and to ensure that audience attire and behavior is in keeping with any and all local, state, and federal ordinances.

NO AUDIENCE MEMBERS (or MEMBER) ALLOWED ONSTAGE OR WITHIN 16 FEET OF MR. SIEGELWITZ’s PERSON OR EXTENSION THEREOF AT ANY TIME.

Mr. SIEGELWITZ reserves the right to violate provision 6b (audience members) at any time at his discretion.

Provision 6c and any others covered by provision 5a of this agreement. This clause is non-negotiable.

PERSONAL AIDE is free from service one (1) hour following the commencement of Mr SIEGELWITZ’s live show.

Any unused foods, supplies, or furnature (or portions thereof) provided by provisions 3b, 3c, and 6a shall be given by the PURCHASER to needy families in the area. These donations are tax-deductable in all states except AL, ID, KY, and MO, and all Canadian Provinces except British Columbia. For reputable charities outside the U.S. and Canada, refer to Mr SIEGELWITZ corporate management no fewer than five (5) days prior to beginning of engagement. PURCHASER liable for any and all soiled materials and facilities, regardless of stain origin or intent.

This agreement is binding and adheres to all U.S. state and federal laws governing live adult entertainment. It is the responsibility of the PURCHASER to obtain any local permits or waivers to applicable intimacy, marriage, and sodomy legislation.

All terms of this contract are strictly confidential. Any disclosure of said terms in whole or part without prior written authorization from Mr SIEGELWITZ or his representative is expressly forbidden and will carry severe legal penalties.
