Contributor Rights

| The writer agrees that all submissions may be displayed in/on Toner Magazine, online at http://www.tonermagazine.com, and in any printed editions in perpetuity. The writer keeps all other electronic and publishing rights, including but not limited to CD-ROM, database, and proprietary services. Toner Magazine agrees to make the final, edited version of the Article available to the writer before said article becomes available for public viewing. In the event of a disagreement over the final form of the Article, the Writer reserves the right to withdraw his/her name from the Article in question. Toner reserves the right to cut commissioned pieces for length, style, content and fit. The Writer guarantees that the Article will not contain unsighted material that is consciously not of their own creation, unfounded, or slanderous. Toner Magazine, nor any of its staff, are liable for any damages caused by writers in violation of this clause. |
